Responsibilities
- Functional and Business Analysis
- Gathering, analysing, modelling, verifying and managing requirements (at both the business and appl ication level);
- Modelling business processes using ARIS modelling tool and preparing business analysis reports (as-is and tobe);
- Translating business-level requirements to system-level requirements;
- Authoring requirements specifications and functional design documentation;
- Systems architecture recommendations and solutions;
- Technical Specifications Documentation Review;
- Assistance to deployment activities; creating screen wireframes and mock-ups;
- Validation of both documents, models and systems deliverables - validation report is foreseen;
- Preparation of UAT, as well as assistance to key users during acceptance tests;
- Creation of change request documentation;
- Authoring of user manuals;
- End-user training and production of training documentation;
- Assistance to project manager relating to scope management, scheduling, estimation and documentation;
- Collaboration and coordination with stakeholders (key users, UI experts, developers, testers, outsourced development teams);
- Functionality development follow-up and assistance in coordinating the project by providing domain expertise.
- Work status and progress reporting with Jira.
Required profile
Master's level university degree
- 8 years of experience in IT field
- Strong experience in business analysis
- Experience of modelling with ARIS (recommended)
- Experience in XML would be an advantage.
- Task tracking methods and tools (Atlassian JIRA etc.)
- Fluency in English. French language knowledge is considered a strong asset.
