ARHS Group, part of Accenture, is looking for a Junior Power BI Developer (m/f) to join one of our client teams onsite in Luxembourg within a European institutional environment.
You will contribute to the development and maintenance of reporting solutions that support business decision-making. Working closely with business users, analysts, and technical teams, you will help transform data into meaningful insights through dashboards and reports.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Support business stakeholders in gathering reporting and visualization requirements.
- Assist with data preparation, transformation, and modelling activities.
- Contribute to the improvement of reporting solutions and data quality.
- Ensure reporting solutions follow established standards and best practices.
- Support testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Power BI reports.
- Produce and maintain technical and user documentation.
- Collaborate with data and project teams to deliver reliable reporting solutions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Up to 2 years of experience in Power BI, reporting, data analysis, or a similar area.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, including basic understanding of DAX and Power Query.
- Understanding of data visualization principles and reporting concepts.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and data modelling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and collaboration abilities.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a data and reporting environment.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- French language skills are highly preferred.
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
- Academic, internship, or personal projects involving Power BI or data visualization.
- Knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle, or other relational databases.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Experience with other reporting or BI tools.
