As part of our growth, we are looking for an AI Solutions Business Consultant who is passionate about innovation and emerging technologies. You will play a key role in driving our commercial strategy and expanding our client portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Territory Expansion (Benelux): Develop and execute a robust go-to-market strategy to capture enterprise market share across the Benelux region, identifying high-value targets for AI transformation.
- Holistic Solution Selling: Pitch and close comprehensive AI packages. You will seamlessly combine ready-to-use AI platform (Mistral), secure cloud AI, custom AI development, and strategic consulting to meet specific client needs.
- Executive Advisory: Engage directly with CIOs, CTOs, and Business Unit Leaders. You will frame AI not just as a technology, but as a core business driver, navigating discussions around ROI, data privacy, and sovereign AI / Cloud architectures.
- Complex Deal Orchestration: Manage sophisticated, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. From initial scoping and Proof of Concept (POC) validation to negotiating bespoke, high-value enterprise agreements.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate intensely with our internal Product Managers, Cloud Architects, and AI Engineering teams to design tailored solutions and ensure seamless project delivery from consulting to deployment.
Required profile
- Strategic & Analytical Pedigree: Proven experience in strategy consulting (e.g., MBB or Big 4) or similar high-level advisory roles, with a strong desire to transition into a direct, high-impact commercial role.
- Deal-Making DNA: A relentless focus on execution and results. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, driving urgency, and closing complex enterprise deals.
- Tech-Fluency: A strong foundational understanding of the Generative AI landscape (LLMs, Agentic frameworks), enterprise data platforms, and Cloud/On-Premises infrastructure.
- Executive Presence: Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities, with a track record of influencing senior leadership and structuring complex business cases.
- Regional Expertise: Knowledge of the Benelux corporate landscape and a strong professional network in the region are significant advantages.
- Languages: Fluency in French and English is mandatory. Proficiency in Dutch is a massive asset for the Benelux scope. German or Luxembourgish is also highly valued.
