Our client is looking for an IT Project Manager to lead strategic business application and transformation initiatives within a complex international environment. The successful candidate will oversee project delivery from inception through implementation, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring successful execution within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Define project plans, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Coordinate application migration, system integration, and transformation activities while minimizing business disruption.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and change requests, implementing mitigation plans when required.
- Drive communication and alignment across business teams, technical teams, and external partners.
- Prepare governance reports, monitor KPIs, and provide regular project updates to senior management.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing complex IT projects in enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
- Experience with application transformation, system integration, and data migration projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership capabilities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, resources, priorities, and multiple workstreams simultaneously.
