We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a team supporting Fund Distribution activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in analysing business needs, driving system enhancements, supporting testing activities, and ensuring the smooth operation of business-critical applications within the asset management environment.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse and document business requirements from stakeholders across Fund Distribution operations.
- Prepare detailed functional specifications and coordinate with development teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Plan, execute and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business expectations.
- Support production releases, monitor post-implementation activities and coordinate issue resolution.
- Provide functional support for production incidents and contribute to root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and optimise operational efficiency.
Required profile
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst within Asset Management, Fund Distribution, or Transfer Agency (TA) environments.
- In-depth knowledge of fund distribution processes, transfer agency operations, and shareholder record-keeping.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and test scenarios.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesise complex information.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience interacting with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
