Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Implentation Expert.

Responsibilities
The IT Departement of this very important European Public Financial Institution carries out numerous projects to
constantly improve and optimize the processes.You will join the Architecture & Deployment team, which
maintains, develops and implements Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
You will work closely with HR stakeholders to understand performance management (TO BE processes such as Probation Performance Form, Year End Annual Review, Performance Calibration)) and translate them into HCM system, including:
- Configure Oracle HCM Cloud Performance Management module and (potentially)Talent Review module, including performance templates, review cycles, etc.
- Conduct unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide end-user training and post-go-live support.
Required profile
- Familiarity with HR performance processes such as performance reviews, and talent calibration.
- Deep understanding of the Performance Management module and its integration with Core HR, Performance Goals Management, Workforce Compensation and Talent Review modules.
- Ability to work with Fast Formulas and Security if required.
- Strong ability to communicate with both technical teams and HR business users. (English, French would be a plus)
- Hands-on experience in at least one full-cycle implementation of Oracle HCM Performance Management.
