We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer / Senior UX Designer to join a product-focused environment where user experience plays a central role in shaping digital solutions.
This position offers the opportunity to work on complex software products used by professionals, collaborating closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and development teams to create intuitive, efficient, and impactful user experiences.
The ideal candidate combines strong UX research capabilities, hands-on design expertise, and a deep understanding of product development in agile environments.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end UX and product design activities from discovery through implementation.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to transform user needs and business objectives into effective design solutions.
- Lead the design process using a user-centered approach and advocate for customer needs throughout the product lifecycle.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to identify opportunities, validate assumptions, and inform design decisions.
- Plan and facilitate user interviews, usability testing sessions, workshops, and discovery activities.
- Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces that support complex workflows and professional software usage.
- Contribute to and evolve the design system by creating new components and improving existing ones to ensure consistency, scalability, and usability across products.
- Ensure responsive and coherent experiences across multiple devices, platforms, and screen sizes.
- Work closely with engineering teams during implementation and support the successful delivery of design solutions.
- Continuously measure, evaluate, and improve user experiences based on research findings and product feedback.
Required profile
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in UX Design, Product Design, or a closely related field.
- Strong experience designing SaaS products, enterprise software, B2B applications, or other professional-use digital products.
- Proven portfolio demonstrating ownership of complex products, workflows, information architecture, and interaction design challenges.
- Experience working throughout the full product lifecycle, from research and discovery to implementation and optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate closely with development teams and navigate implementation constraints.
Research Expertise
- Strong foundation in UX Research with practical experience conducting both qualitative and quantitative research.

- Equivalent professional experience with demonstrated UX expertise will also be considered.
