We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a well-established banking organisation in Luxembourg. The role focuses on leading complex transformation and integration projects, ensuring successful delivery across multiple stakeholders, systems, and business functions.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of transformation and integration projects, from initiation to completion
- Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and governance structure
- Manage cross-functional and international teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration
- Drive stakeholder engagement, including senior management and external partners
- Establish and maintain project governance, reporting, and KPI tracking frameworks
- Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate multiple workstreams and ensure delivery is aligned with strategic objectives
- Oversee change management and transition to operations
- Drive continuous improvement and standardisation of project management practices
Required profile
- 8+ years of experience in Project / Program Management
- Proven track record delivering complex transformation or integration projects
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder, cross-border environments
- Strong expertise in:
- Project governance & reporting
- Risk and change management
- Stakeholder communication at senior level
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Fluent in English
Nice to Have
- Experience in banking or financial services environments
- Exposure to core banking systems or payments platforms
- Familiarity with Temenos (T24) or similar systems
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile
