About this mission

You will join a financial services environment as a Business Analyst, supporting business teams in the analysis and improvement of processes and systems.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Gathering and analysing business requirements.
  • Translating business needs into clear functional specifications.
  • Analysing existing processes and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Working closely with business stakeholders and IT teams.
  • Preparing functional documentation and process descriptions.
  • Supporting testing, UAT and implementation activities.
  • Following up on incidents, change requests and system enhancements.
  • Participating in project meetings and providing regular progress updates.
  • Ensuring effective communication between business and technical stakeholders.

Required profile

  • Degree in Business, Finance, IT or a related field.
  • Previous experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within the financial sector.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and requirements gathering.
  • Experience working with both business and IT stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
  • Fluent in English; and in French.
  • Knowledge of the Luxembourg financial environment is a plus.
