About this mission

Accompagner les équipes ServiceNow dans le pilotage et le suivi des projets en assurant la gouvernance, le reporting et le contrôle des activités.

Missions

Suivre les plannings projets.
Produire les reportings et KPI.
Assurer le suivi budgétaire.
Garantir la traçabilité des actions et décisions.
Préparer les comités de pilotage.
Coordonner les différentes parties prenantes.
Assurer le respect des processus de gouvernance.

Profil recherché

Expérience PMO en environnement IT.
Expérience sur des projets ServiceNow appréciée.
Excellente maîtrise d'Excel, PowerPoint et reporting.
Capacité à coordonner plusieurs interlocuteurs.
Rigueur organisationnelle.
